All communication between you and Thaistayandfly is conducted via WhatsApp. Message content related to your trip planning may be retained for the duration of our service engagement.

• To make hotel, flight, and transport bookings on your behalf.
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp before, during, and after your trip.
