Booking & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–29 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refund is provided within 14 days of departure.

Itinerary Changes

Thaistayandfly reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.

Liability

Thaistayandfly is not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or third-party service failures.
